About
A heavy, viscous carrier rich in vitamins A, D, and E with a distinctive dark green colour. It is best used in small proportions blended with lighter carriers, as its weight and viscosity can impede massage flow in larger quantities.
The Aztec civilisation used avocado oil extensively for skin and hair care. Avocados themselves have been cultivated for over 5,000 years in Mesoamerica, and the oil was considered sacred for its nourishing properties.

Caution
Clove Bud
Avocado's heavy, penetrating nature can amplify clove bud's already high sensitisation potential. Keep clove bud to an absolute maximum of 0.25% in avocado-containing blends.
Excellent
Sweet Almond
Avocado's deep emollient richness blends well with sweet almond to create a nourishing blend ideal for dry or mature skin.
